Movies

I just watched the movie "The Water Horse"(i only watch part 1 though). It an amazing movie about a kid durring WWII who finds an egg. The kids father went to war and died. That same night the egg hatches and an animal comes out. Its a great movie and I would deffinately suggest it.
Another movie I watched was "Groundhog Day". Its about a crappy, rude, weather reporter who goes to a small town for Groundhog Day. However he wakes up and guess what day it is...... Groundhog Day! Yep its about a guy who gets stuck in one single day. It is hilarious and fairly good.
The last one I watched was "The Bermuda Triangle". Its a fiction movie about the triangle and what it is and why it exists. This is a long movie that comes in three parts but it is very interesting. The beginning is confusing but it could be I was only paying half attention and missed alot, I was working.

If you have time I would deffinately watch them. They are all really good movies and very fun.

yea

so yea... I kinda haven't posted a lot. Lets start with spring break, yea that far back.
During spring break I went off with my dad to see his mission lands. It was amazing and it wasn't sunny. For the majority of the trip we were in Philadelphia. After that we went to a small summer resort and it was weird. Then we went to DC for a day.
Philadelphia is great, its a kinda closely packed city so if you like lots of open space you might not like it. Many of the roads are one way which does get annoying but in general its wonderful. The food their is amazing. They invented the cheese steak and if you haven't had it I'll have to have you over. My dad makes the best.
We visited the liberty bell and that was fun, its still cracked and looks old but its actually kinda cool. We tried to visit the mint but we came when there wasn't any time left to get a tour so we did not get one, we did go to their gift shop and the stuff was expensive. It was amazing how expensive gold is. We also visited the place my dad lived during his mission but he didn't really remember where it was.
The resort town we were in was a beach town. It is so freaky, and great, to see a city the size of Berkeley and be literally the only car on the road. There was this gigantic 5 story hotel with a pool and water slide and game machines and we got the whole place, maybe only that floor, to ourselves. A whole floor of a hotel to yourself. Then we went for a walk on the pier and we saw some car tracks on the sand. But we went on the pier when it was raining and it was so great. The feeling of the rain and the soft patter. all alone with only the great gray sky above and your father beside you. the slight cold chill keeping you awake. it is something you have to experience to feel and understand.
Then we went to DC and visited the lincon memorial, Veitnam memoral, the washington monument and that area. It was great but even at 10 in the morning the whole days tickets for the washington monument was sold out.
In general it was an amazing trip and it was wonderful. I hope to continue bloging and will see how long it take before you see i'm bloging again.
